Check My Trade-In Eligibility

What Is the GO Zebra Trade-In Program?

The GO Zebra Trade-In Program allows qualifying end users to receive rebates when they purchase eligible new Zebra products and trade in approved legacy equipment.

Rebate values depend on the qualifying Zebra product purchased. Trade-ins are generally issued on a one-for-one basis according to the number of qualifying new products purchased.

BCI will help you review your workflow, current equipment and operating environment to determine which Zebra upgrade may be appropriate for your organization.

Why Upgrade Your Legacy Equipment?

Older equipment can create unnecessary interruptions, inconsistent scanning, increased maintenance demands and compatibility challenges.

Modernizing with Zebra technology can help your operation:

Improve worker productivity

Strengthen barcode and data-capture performance

Reduce disruptions caused by aging equipment

Support current applications and operating systems

Improve device visibility and manageability

Prepare workflows for future operational requirements

What Equipment May Qualify?

Depending on the product category and current program requirements, eligible trade-ins may include:

Mobile Computers and Tablets

Selected older handheld devices may qualify when upgrading to eligible Zebra mobile computers, wearable computers or rugged tablets.

Barcode Scanners

Comparable legacy barcode scanners may qualify when replacing them with approved Zebra scanning technology.

RFID Equipment

Selected Zebra and competitive RFID devices may qualify for trade-in when purchasing eligible Zebra RFID products.

Barcode and Card Printers

Qualifying Zebra or competitive thermal barcode and card printers may be accepted. Printer trade-ins must power on and include the printhead.

Batteries and Charging Equipment

Selected mobile-printer batteries and charging equipment may qualify when purchasing corresponding eligible Zebra replacements.

Eligibility and rebate amounts vary by model. Contact us before purchasing or returning equipment.
