Wireless Installation Services

When it comes to wireless surveys and installations a trained and experienced engineer is a valuable resource and will help to effectively and efficiently set up a wireless network for warehousing and manufacturing facilities.  BCI has successfully installed wireless infrastructures in all 50 United States and other countries such as Mexico, Canada, Germany, and Ireland.  

As part of a wireless installation services, BCI provides engineers to install network cabling and power infrastructure.  BCI can provide terminated Cat 5 cabling from each Access Point (or Port) location to a currently installed IDF.  All runs must be less than 100 Meters to comply with Ethernet wireless installation standards. BCI has provided numerous sties with a reliable wireless setup of LAN infrastructure.  BCI will ensure success from the initial wireless site survey, to wireless infrastructure installation, to testing, training, start-up support, troubleshooting and documentation. 
 

Wireless Installation Services Included Features

• Installation of access points/ports
• Installation of antennas with connections to points/ports
  
• Installation of National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) enclosures when required
  
• Installation of Network Cabling
  
• Installation of Power Infrastructure
  

BCI will test all cabling and power runs prior to the installation of the access points. After completion of the wireless installation, testing for proper operation and coverage will be completed and changes will be made when needed.  Upon successful verification of coverage and operation, documentation on all the system hardware and software will be provided to the IT staff as an aid to be used when supporting the operational system.  BCI offers complete wireless installation services and will discuss the wireless installation and  any questions or concerns with the client before leaving.

***BCI assumes that the customer will provide all required wireless network infrastructure.  The customer can, but and is not required to purchase these items from BCI.  This includes, but is not limited to Switches, available switch ports, hubs, routers, fiber and other Ethernet cabling.***
