On Site Mobile Computer Configuration and Deployment

BCI engineers can be dispatched to an installation site according to the set project schedule.  These engineers will prepare themobile computers at each location.  All devices are recorded, charged, configured, and deployed. A document is provided which includes all device models and serial numbers.

Mobile Computers are Configured as Follows:

• Computer settings are configured
  
• Software is installed and configured
  
• AppCenter is configured (prevents use of unauthorized applications)
• Radio card  is configured
  
• All Settings are made Cold Boot Persistence (prevents loss of configuration)
• Device Image Creation – for simple and efficient deployment of future devices
  

***All hardware installation services and associated fees will be outlined in the project proposal and contract.  A BCI project manager will review all details with both the client and BCI engineers to ensure proper and efficient hardware installation and mobile device configuration***
