Fixed CCD and CMOS Camera Bar Code Scanners by Accu-Sort

Accu-Sort produces AccuVision as a fixed scanning camera with CCD and CMOS imaging options. The AccuVision product is great for fixed scanning solutions such as on manufacturing production lines or distribution conveying systems. AccuVision will read 1D and 2D bar codes with a 99% read rate, and also provides image capturing ability.

What is CCD and CMOS?

In summary CCD (charge-coupled device) and CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) are different types of image sensors used in digital cameras.  These image sensors convert light into electrons in combination with other technologies inorder to capture images. Accu-Sort AccuVision Fixed Camera Options
