IntelliTrack is a world leading provider of affordable, easy to use inventory management software.

IntelliTrack was founded in 1989 as Intelliscan Inc., headquartered in Menlo Park, California. Percon Inc. acquired Intelliscan in 1995, renaming the Intelliscan product line to IntelliTrack.

PSC Inc. acquires Percon Inc. and the IntelliTrack software product line in 1999. PSC Inc. sells the IntelliTrack product line and the PSC solutions group to IntelliTrack Inc. in 2002 and IntelliTrack Inc is founded. IntelliTrack Inc. acquires Rioscan software in 2003 and expands its product line to include the Rioscan product line.

To date, IntelliTrack Inc. provides an upgrade path for any of the 20,000 software packages purchased over its 21–year history.
